Tax Analyst – Client Tax Documentation & Reclaim Specialist

About the role

The Tax Analyst supports clients by managing tax documentation, relief requests and cash reclaim refunds, ensuring compliance with market rules and client instructions. You will act as a liaison between clients, custodians and tax authorities to guarantee accurate and timely tax treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Validate client‑provided tax documentation against specific market regulations.
• Ensure correct taxation is applied to income payments and process cash reclaim refunds.
• Prepare and submit fiscal documentation to tax authorities for enhanced‑offer clients.
• Maintain accurate accountancy records, reconcile system data and update movements.
• Report risks or errors to the line manager and contribute to procedural improvements.
• Manage email inboxes and phone calls, following up on tax and income requests.
• Extract relevant information from internal systems, perform reconciliations and necessary controls.
• Prepare client presentations and regular reports, delivering a high level of service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong attention to detail, rigor and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Client‑focused with solid organisational skills.
