System Administrator – Lisbon (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our international infrastructure team. You will provide Level 3 support for Windows environments across several European locations, ensuring stability, security and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 support for Windows infrastructure environments.
• Maintain and support Ansible Tower infrastructure.
• Administer and secure Centrify and Trellix solutions.
• Perform infrastructure patching and produce detailed activity reports.
• Support and monitor Active Directory and its integration with Linux systems.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Provide regional IT infrastructure support for multiple European entities.
• Collaborate on infrastructure improvement and operational‑excellence initiatives.

• BMC Discovery Asset Management.
• Power BI.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Microsoft Windows Automation with Ansible (nice to have).
