System Administrator – Fintech Project (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role
We are seeking a System Administrator to join a fintech project in Lisbon. The role operates in a hybrid model and requires fluent English communication.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Linux servers, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Monitor, supervise and diagnose server performance and availability.
- Automate routine tasks using Python or Ansible.
- Manage storage solutions for distributed systems, including SAN, NAS and RAID configurations.
- Support critical production environments and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
Required profile
- Strong experience in Linux system administration (Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
- Proven ability to work in critical production settings.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent English communication.
