Sustainability Project Manager – Corporate Sustainability

About the role

As a Sustainability Project Manager you will shape Bosch's corporate sustainability strategy, especially in newly acquired businesses. You will work closely with local management and global teams to embed sustainable practices across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability frameworks for newly acquired companies, aligning stakeholders and local management.
• Coordinate sustainability policy rollout, track KPIs and trigger corrective actions when needed.
• Monitor legal requirements, market trends, customer demands and competitor activity to spot risks and opportunities.
• Drive circular‑economy initiatives by identifying high‑potential projects with internal and external partners.
• Lead sustainable product design projects in partnership with R&D and Procurement to increase the sustainability of the product portfolio.

Required profile

• Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a corporate sustainability role with proven stakeholder management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as CSRD, circular‑economy concepts and sustainable product development.
• Fluent English and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to build structures from scratch, manage multiple complex projects and work collaboratively.
