Supply Chain Specialist – Outbound Operations

About the role

Excelia is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to lead outbound operations in its Porto office. You will work within a hybrid model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimise material flow, implement best‑practice processes and support system roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in supply‑chain projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Define, implement and monitor excellence processes, standards and best practices for outbound logistics.
• Support functional departments in change execution and project delivery.
• Develop and maintain KPI and OPI dashboards, benefit databases and demand‑coordination structures.
• Assist in system development and implementation for SCM‑related IT solutions (e.g., SAP modules).
• Drive central inventory management best‑practice exchange and freight/customer‑order process optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Supply Chain Specialist focused on outbound operations.
• Proven experience in global material flow management, project management and change management.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work in English fluently.
