Supply Chain & Quality Specialist

About the role

Airbus is looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Quality Specialist to join the Raw Material Help Desk (RMHD) project. The role supports Supply Chain Quality Managers (SCQMs) during material shortages, ensuring continuity for Airbus final assembly lines worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SCQM requests: register, challenge information, monitor status, and produce reports.
• Maintain and improve the global distributors and brokers database.
• Interact regularly with stockists and SCQMs to coordinate raw‑material searches.
• Monitor operational performance of internal activities and propose enhancements to the RMHD process.
• Act as the RMHD focal point for Manufacturing Functional Teams (MFTs) when required.

Required profile

• Reactive, dynamic and target‑oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on problem‑solving.
• Good knowledge of quality processes and experience in market prospection.
• Experience in supply‑chain or material‑disruption environments is preferred.
