Supply Chain Manager

About the role

BrandHero is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to drive inventory strategy, forecasting and purchasing across its growing portfolio of brands. This remote position will support the integration of new brands and ensure optimal inventory health and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement inventory strategies to optimise sales, turnover and cost efficiencies.
• Forecast and manage inbound and outbound inventory flows with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PL warehouses.
• Maintain relationships with external partners and automate manual procurement tasks.
• Set up inventory pipelines for newly acquired brands and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Research and evaluate new suppliers to secure the best agreements.
• Provide analytical support on inventory coverage, health and performance.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of operational issues and manage improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience in inventory modelling, forecasting, reporting and automation (beneficial).
• Fluent English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
