Supply Chain Manager (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager at Enovis, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient regional supply planning and purchasing across a multi‑site manufacturing network. Working in a hybrid setting from Lisbon, you will partner with finance, manufacturing, marketing and operations to optimise inventory, reduce stockouts and enhance customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional demand and supply planning across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Lead the regional purchasing strategy, coordinating multinational buyer and supplier teams.
• Implement and govern a full SIOP process aligned with global requirements.
• Develop and maintain 12‑month supply plans, analyse production schedules and identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor schedule adherence, conduct root‑cause analysis for plan deviations and ensure material availability.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across finance, operations, marketing and manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, tools and reporting for senior leadership.
• Coach and develop planning team members and support global supply‑chain standardisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in purchasing, supply planning, production planning or materials management within a regulated environment.
• Proven experience leading teams in a global matrix organization, preferably with EMEA exposure.
• Demonstrated success implementing SIOP and supply‑planning strategies.
• Strong analytical and data‑interpretation abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of ERP and planning platforms such as Kinaxis, Oracle, SAP or Anaplan.
