Supply Chain Management Lead

About the role

The Customer Service & Logistics Operations Supervisor ensures smooth day‑to‑day execution across customer service, order management, warehousing and transportation. Acting as the tactical bridge between teams, the role proactively identifies risks, removes obstacles and coordinates cross‑functional actions to keep operations stable and aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational flows, service levels, order status, inventory exceptions, warehouse activity and transportation performance to spot bottlenecks and anticipate risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution among Customer Service, Warehouse, Transportation, Planning, Sales, Finance, vendors and other stakeholders to resolve gaps and ensure timely issue closure.
• Support order management by validating order accuracy, prioritising orders, handling special requirements, processing invoices/credit notes and tracking back‑orders.
• Oversee logistics execution with carriers and 3PLs to guarantee on‑time dispatch, delivery performance, shipment traceability and carrier compliance.
• Document recurring issues, lead root‑cause analysis, recommend process improvements and maintain KPI tracking routines.
• Supervise customer service and logistics analysts, assign work, coach performance and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or customer service operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP), lot‑controlled products, customs clearance and 3PL management.
• Proven ability to communicate, negotiate and lead teams under pressure while driving continuous improvement.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP) for order, inventory and logistics transactions.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis, KPI reporting and operational tracking.
