Supply Chain Business Analyst

About the role

Join Richemont’s Group Technology Product Domain to drive digital transformation of the supply chain execution landscape. As a Supply Chain Business Analyst you will design, deploy and support end‑to‑end supply chain solutions for our Maisons, working closely with product owners, architects and business users.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, design and implement SAP‑based supply chain components in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate solutions via APIs, event‑driven architecture and enterprise messaging.
• Provide ongoing support, system optimisation and software updates for internal and wholesale distribution processes.
• Act as the primary liaison for integration topics and advise business users on operational improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or engineering qualification with strong technical focus.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP SD/MM, preferably with consulting exposure to supply chain execution.
• Hands‑on project experience in SAP distribution and manufacturing implementations.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP SD, SAP MM, integration with SAP LE and FI‑CO.
• Basic ABAP reading, ALE, EDI, MDG (customer & price), BP with CVI, XI monitoring, FSCM.
• Experience with S/4, consignment, STO, intercompany billing, pricing, batch/serial management, ATP and allocation.
• Design of synchronous & asynchronous APIs, enterprise messaging, event‑driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Anaplan, Salesforce, Fluent Commerce.
