About the role

Green SM, a leading electric‑vehicle and sustainable mobility provider, is expanding into the EU market and seeks senior leaders to shape its market entry, define local strategies, and build high‑performing teams from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Operations Director – Portugal: Lead overall operations strategy, oversee depot operations, driver ecosystem performance and daily KPIs.
• Legal Director: Define legal strategy, ensure corporate governance, regulatory compliance, manage contracts and legal risk.
• Driver Recruitment Director (Mass Recruitment): Develop driver supply strategy, drive recruitment, onboarding and retention programs.
• Recruitment Director (Office Recruitment): Own talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, workforce planning and data‑driven hiring processes.
• Director of Vehicle Management: Oversee fleet lifecycle, maintenance, repair quality, cost efficiency and operational reliability.
• Depot Director: Manage depot performance, fleet readiness, charging infrastructure and vehicle dispatch.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in the respective functional area.
• Track record of building and scaling teams in fast‑growing environments.
