Strategic Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to drive execution of short-, mid-, and long‑term initiatives across sales, pre‑sales, marketing and customer success. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure focus on top priorities and deliver measurable impact for our AI‑driven retail solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic initiatives across multiple functions and track progress against KPIs/OKRs.
• Maintain dashboards, scorecards and status reports to prioritize and monitor key projects.
• Organize and facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews, preparing agendas and tracking actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to remove blockers, enforce accountability and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide analytical support and build business cases for new projects and investments.
• Act as a thought partner and execution arm for the GM, keeping focus on top priorities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in program/project management, strategy or business operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
