Strategic Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results‑oriented Brand Manager to lead growth, profitability and market development of a portfolio of brands. The role acts as a key liaison between suppliers, sales teams and internal partners to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand, marketing and commercial strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitive activity and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasts, set performance objectives with sales teams and monitor results, pricing and profitability.
• Partner with suppliers, purchasing, sales and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure successful brand execution.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews, presentations and performance updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, Category Management or Trade Marketing.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience managing budgets and sales forecasts.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
