Store Supervisor – Full-time Retail Leadership

About the role

As a Store Supervisor you will be a key member of the store leadership team, supporting daily operations, coaching teammates and driving sales results. You will back‑up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards and help create a high‑performance culture where everyone thrives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends and make real‑time strategic decisions.
• Review merchandise reports and adjust product presentation to maximize sales.
• Monitor loss‑prevention standards and store audit compliance.
• Rotate ownership of key areas such as talent, visuals and operations to gain broad business experience.
• Provide customers with detailed product information and ensure a superior shopping experience.
• Communicate accidents or injuries to store leadership immediately.
• Set clear sales and KPI targets for teammates and support them in achieving those goals.
• Assist store, regional leadership and HR with onboarding and continuous training.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Availability to work full‑time hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk and bend, and lift cartons up to 25 lb (12 kg) each shift.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

• Comfortable using hand‑held and mobile devices for sales and inventory tasks.
