About the role

The Store Manager leads the store to create an inclusive, engaging environment that drives both associate and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for delivering the brand experience, achieving financial targets, and ensuring operational excellence across all store functions.

Key responsibilities

• Model and reinforce brand culture, policies, and procedures while holding associates accountable.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain talent; build succession plans and internal bench strength.
• Partner with design and merchandising teams to drive product turnover, gross margin, and visual standards.
• Analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Manage scheduling, controllable expenses, and financial discipline to meet budget goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, asset protection, and legal requirements.
• Lead visual merchandising updates and maintain brand‑consistent store presentation.
• Support company‑sponsored events, philanthropy, and community initiatives.
