Store Manager – Beauty Retail

About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a dynamic team in a beauty‑focused retail environment, ensuring every customer receives an unforgettable experience and the right solutions for their hair and beauty needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop store associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store targets.
• Oversee all store operations, including budgeting, expense control, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming store environment in line with company policies.
• Ensure the store consistently presents a polished, on‑brand appearance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales management or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Self‑starter attitude with a passion for continuous learning and education.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
