About the role

Join a collaborative, customer‑centric team in Braga as a Customer Specialist. You will be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat, delivering fast, friendly and effective support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality assistance through phone, email and live‑chat channels.
• Answer customer questions, resolve issues and handle account‑related requests within service standards.
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in internal support systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams following company procedures.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet quality, productivity and response‑time targets while maintaining excellent service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer support or a related role.
• Eager to learn, adaptable and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
