Specialist GBS Account & Sales Operations (French Speaker)

About the role

The Specialist GBS Account & Sales Operations supports adidas customers and sales teams by ensuring smooth order processing, effective communication, and accurate reporting. This role requires fluency in French and English and works closely with multiple internal departments to meet sales and market objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide account operations support for assigned customers in the designated market.
• Handle customer communications via email, tickets, and phone, delivering order and product information.
• Prepare order‑related analyses on request from customers or sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other departments on returns, complaints, scheduled deliveries, cancellations, launches, promotions, and procurement.
• Monitor credit‑blocked orders and coordinate credit limit increases with Finance and Sales.
• Manage the order book, prioritize deliveries, and ensure timely, complete shipments in line with strategic sales guidelines.
• Track carrier and parcel deliveries and resolve electronic receipt errors.
• Support colleagues across Accounts & Sales Operations and stand in for team members as needed.
• Assist management with analysis, problem‑solving, process improvements, and control implementations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, sales, or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus; vocational education accepted.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• High problem‑solving capability and team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with SAP/CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Business Objects for reporting.
• Advanced written and spoken English and French.
