Spanish-speaking Nurse Customer Support – Portugal

About the role

We are looking for a native Spanish‑speaking nurse to join our customer support team for Abbott Diabetes Care, based in Portugal. Working remotely, you will provide phone and email assistance to patients using the latest diabetes treatment technologies, helping them improve their quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries via calls and emails as part of a specialized support team.
• Provide guidance on Abbott Diabetes Care products and technologies.
• Build courteous, professional relationships and answer questions clearly.
• Meet and exceed quality, compliance and productivity targets.
• Deliver a memorable customer experience and follow management directions.
• Provide feedback to continuously improve service processes.

Required profile

• Graduated nurse with relevant experience (mandatory).
• Native‑level Spanish (C2) and at least intermediate English (B2).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• High‑speed internet and suitable remote‑work environment.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal; willing to reside in Portugal.
