Spanish-speaking Nurse – Customer Support for Diabetes Care (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a native‑level Spanish‑speaking nurse to join our customer support team for Abbott Diabetes Care. Based in Portugal and working remotely, you will help patients navigate the latest diabetes treatment technologies and improve their quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone and email assistance to patients using Abbott Diabetes Care products.
• Offer guidance on diabetes treatment technologies and answer product‑related questions.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, compliance, and productivity.
• Build courteous, professional relationships with customers and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Graduated nurse with relevant experience (mandatory).
• Native Spanish proficiency (C2) and at least intermediate English (B2).
• Strong communication, listening and writing abilities.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• High‑speed internet and suitable remote‑work environment.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal; willing to relocate if not already based in Portugal.
