Spanish-speaking Customer Advisor – Payment Solutions (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, Spanish‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our Lisbon team, focusing on payment solutions. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate transactions and resolve inquiries while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications with Spanish‑speaking customers regarding payment solutions and account queries.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to transactions, billing discrepancies, and service requests.
• Assist customers with account updates, security checks, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service delivery and incorporate feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in financial services or payment solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
