Spanish B2B Hotel Associate Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking B2B Hotel Associate to join our Lisbon team. In this role you will act as the primary liaison between our company and hotel partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, addressing their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and operational challenges, coordinating support and communication.
• Monitor hotel performance metrics, analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
• Deliver training sessions on our systems and tools to help partners maximise efficiency and satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, applying problem‑solving skills to maintain partner satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or travel sector, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and the Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites.
