Solution Architect – Creative Tech

About the role

Devoteam is looking for a senior Solution Architect to lead creative‑tech projects in Lisbon. You will design highly scalable, resilient solutions, guide multidisciplinary teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients across their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Take full technical ownership of missions, design optimal architectures, allocate resources and ensure projects stay within scope, budget and timeline.
• Act as a recognized expert, promoting quality management practices and driving the adoption of modern cloud platforms (Azure, GCP or AWS).
• Build long‑term client relationships, lead technical pre‑sales, draft complex proposals and influence strategic decisions.
• Identify risks, lead high‑level workshops, and steer teams through complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Coach internal and client teams, foster continuous learning and contribute to Devoteam’s technical communities.

Required profile

• 7+ years designing scalable solutions with Java.Net or Python and deploying on major cloud providers.
• Strong public speaking and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to inspire and build high‑performing teams.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) and a proven track record of leading complex digital transformations.
