Software Engineer – Transaction Services (Kotlin/Python)

About the role

We are looking for driven, talented Software Engineers to join our Transaction Services team within the Platform Tribe. You will help build and maintain backend platform components that power our SaaS‑based transaction monitoring solutions and enable new client product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Write new features that enable orchestration of complex workflows and large‑scale data migrations.
• Participate in scrum teams, making technical and architectural decisions and occasionally leading discussions.
• Write automated tests and take ownership of code quality and system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers, data scientists and other software engineers across the tribe.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience building production‑grade Kotlin or Java applications.
• Experience with high‑scale APIs, data processing pipelines, containerisation and cloud infrastructure.
• Ownership of software from idea inception to production deployment.
• Familiarity with testing, build and deployment tooling, as well as logging, monitoring and alerting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation.
