Software Engineer – Java Microservices

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer to design and build scalable, cloud‑native Java microservices for a market‑leading enterprise platform serving the automotive finance, leasing, fleet management, and mobility sectors. You will join an international product company and collaborate with a global engineering team to deliver high‑performance solutions used in more than 30 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices following domain‑driven design principles.
• Translate business domain models into robust, cloud‑native architectures.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated testing.
• Apply Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliability and performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong experience with Java 17 (Java 21 a plus).
• Hands‑on experience designing and developing microservices.
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL skills, especially with PostgreSQL.
