Software Engineer - Digital Trust

About the role

Feedzai is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Digital Trust team. You will help build ultra‑low‑latency, event‑driven services that protect billions of dollars in transactions from fraud and financial crime. The role combines backend development, real‑time data processing, and machine‑learning‑driven fraud detection.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, distributed services that run 24/7 with strict latency requirements.
• Build and expose APIs for fraud‑analysis tools and digital‑identity solutions.
• Manage relational, NoSQL, and graph databases within an event‑driven architecture.
• Collaborate with product, data‑science, and engineering teams to integrate machine‑learning models into production.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, ensuring 24/7 platform reliability and receiving dedicated compensation.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience delivering advanced software applications.
• Critical mindset, autonomy, and curiosity to drive engineering excellence.

Required skills

• Event‑driven architecture design and implementation.
• Development of distributed, low‑latency systems.
• API design and development.
• Database management (relational, NoSQL, graph).
• Experience with real‑time data processing pipelines.
