Software Engineer – Customer Success

About the role

Feedzai is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Customer Success organisation. You will ensure that Feedzai’s fraud‑risk scoring solutions are correctly installed, configured and optimised for client needs, working across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full software development life‑cycle to build integrations and enhancements for Feedzai’s core product.
• Write well‑designed, testable Java code and develop custom inbound/outbound interfaces.
• Integrate multiple components, including SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade and deploy systems in production, providing second‑tier support for live clients.
• Collaborate with data scientists, project managers, fraud analysts and peers to translate client requirements into functional solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Java development (or another modern language).
• Hands‑on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Client‑facing experience with a consultative approach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
