Social Media & Content Manager (Remote)

About the role

Teraleads, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency, is looking for an experienced Social Media & Content Manager to own content creation, social media management and organic growth for multiple brands and client accounts. The role blends creative visual work with strategic marketing insight, requiring you to stay ahead of trends and turn them into shareable content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies tailored to each brand’s audience and goals.
• Create and edit short‑form videos, reels, carousels, stories and other visual assets.
• Manage publishing, scheduling and repurposing of content across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse insights and continuously optimise content for reach, engagement and conversions.
• Identify emerging trends, viral formats and cultural moments, translating them into brand‑relevant content.
• Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure a cohesive brand identity across all channels.
• Produce paid advertising creatives and design blog or website visuals when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of growing or improving social media channels.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, audience targeting and conversion‑focused content.
• Deep awareness of current social media culture, trends, memes and viral formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
• Figma for design collaboration and asset management.
• Motion design experience.
• Social media scheduling and management tools such as Buffer.
• Experience with AI‑powered creative or editing tools.
