Social Intelligence Analyst – Italian Speaker

About the role

The Social Intelligence Analyst supports Nestlé Business Solutions by turning social media data into actionable insights. The role requires fluency in English and Italian and a strong background in social listening and digital analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Data processing & structuring – resolve classification and taxonomy challenges and integrate multiple datasets.
• Monitoring & signal detection – identify systemic patterns, cross‑market developments and emerging risks.
• Reporting & output generation – produce advanced analytical reports and executive‑ready presentations.
• Quality assurance – review deliverables and improve reporting standards.
• Stakeholder interaction – translate business questions into analytical outputs and support project scoping.
• Coaching & knowledge sharing – mentor junior analysts and develop best‑practice guidance.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Data, Psychology, Journalism or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Fluent in English and Italian with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in digital ecosystems and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines in a structured operational environment.

Required skills

• MS Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Meltwater.
