Skilled Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Skilled Operator to join our production team. The role involves handling a range of operational activities on the shop floor to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational tasks such as discharge, load, transport, cleaning, labeling and operation of all production equipment.
• Perform periodic inspections and small maintenance tasks on equipment, report defects and carry out minor repairs when appropriate.
• Log production order data and activity information in the designated systems to maintain complete administration and traceability.
• Identify deviations in processes, tools or systems and communicate improvement opportunities to the supervisor.
• Work in compliance with personal and food safety, environmental, quality regulations and operational standards.
• Promote safety, health, environment and quality awareness, flag hazardous situations and act on imminent risks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, ensuring good housekeeping on the production line and site.

Required profile

• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment safely.
• Basic aptitude for routine equipment inspection and minor repairs.
• Attention to detail for accurate data recording and reporting.
• Commitment to follow safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
