Site Manager – Timber Construction (Lisbon)

About the role

agap2 indústria is seeking a motivated Site Manager to lead medium and high‑end timber construction projects in the Lisbon area. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation of technical joinery, wooden structures, and bespoke wood solutions while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of medium and high‑end construction projects on site.
• Supervise the installation of timber structures, technical joinery, and bespoke woodwork.
• Manage subcontractors, installation teams, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during the execution phase.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience or strong interest in timber construction, technical joinery, wooden windows/doors, or bespoke woodwork.
• Proven experience coordinating construction teams, installers, and subcontractors.
• Background delivering residential, hospitality, or other high‑end construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Availability to travel within the Lisbon region.
• Valid authorization to work in the European Union.
