Site Manager – Construction & Maintenance

About the role

The Site Manager will ensure the proper operation of a wide range of equipment and systems across the resort properties, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and construction activities. This role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership in a dynamic, shift‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure correct functioning of diverse equipment and systems on the properties.
• Plan, coordinate and execute maintenance and repair tasks.
• Supervise civil‑construction activities, including electrical, boiler, solar, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry works.
• Manage on‑site teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Organise shift schedules and guarantee availability of resources.

Required profile

• Relevant professional experience in similar roles with a focus on electricity, boilers, solar systems, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry.
• Hands‑on experience in civil construction.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Valid category B driving licence.
