Services Sales Executive

About the role

The Services Sales Executive is a full‑time, hybrid position based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with occasional work‑from‑home flexibility. You will promote and sell TOLIC’s life, accident, illness, and annuity insurance products while building lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, follow up on leads, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and other sales systems.
• Collaborate with underwriting, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and meet sales targets.
• High ethical standards and commitment to inclusive, respectful client service.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or sales management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard email platforms.
