ServiceNow Developer – Nearshore Hub (Lisbon/Porto)

About the role

At Devoteam, we’re building a brand‑new ServiceNow nearshore hub in Portugal to support our European operations. We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer ready to design, build, and optimize impactful solutions from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSDM, and custom apps.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code (JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, JSON).
• Build and maintain integrations with critical business systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve platform performance.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong scripting skills, especially JavaScript (other languages a plus).
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module configuration.
• Fluent English and strong teamwork abilities.
