Service Desk / Field Support – Lisbon (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Desk / Field Support professional to join our Lisbon team. The role combines on‑site and remote end‑user support, handling incidents and service requests for multiple clients while travelling across Lisbon and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote IT support to end users.
• Resolve incidents and service requests in a multi‑client environment.
• Perform on‑site interventions, including hardware and software diagnosis, OS installation/re‑imaging and network patching.
• Manage and update support tickets with detailed documentation.
• Maintain asset inventory records for serviced equipment.
• Support both Microsoft Windows and macOS environments.
• Conduct basic network testing and troubleshooting.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and travel as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently in demanding, high‑pressure situations.
• Valid Portuguese driver’s licence.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Lisbon area.
