Service Desk Agent - French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Service Desk Agent to join our global technology team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email or chat to capture issues and create tickets in the CRM system.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems according to defined SLAs, working independently.
• Monitor open notifications, dispatch engineers, and order spare parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate install‑base data in SAP, correcting missing or incorrect information.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve processes and drive innovation.
• Achieve quality scores, productivity targets, and participate in skill‑reverification tests.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or technical voice support.
• Proven ability to handle complaints and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Experience working with multiple cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent French (C2) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and organizational abilities.
