Senior UX/Product Designer

About the role

MoOngy is looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer to join its Financial Services team in Lisbon. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with Agile squads to create intuitive, pixel‑perfect digital experiences for large‑scale enterprise products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end UX and product design process, from research and prototyping to validation and handoff.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth design‑to‑code transitions.
• Deliver responsive, high‑quality UI components that meet business and technical requirements.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, interaction design, and pixel‑perfect execution.
• Degree in HCI, Interaction Design or a related field.
• Fluent English (C1) and legally authorized to work in Portugal.
