Senior UX Designer – Hybrid in Lisbon

About the role

Tangível is looking for a Senior UX Designer to shape high‑scale, complex digital products that have an international impact. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating closely with product owners, developers and stakeholders to deliver intuitive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and translate insights into clear design decisions.
• Design user journeys, workflows and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Partner with product owners, developers and other stakeholders throughout the development cycle.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
• Communicate design rationale through storytelling and presentations.
• Ensure consistency, usability and quality across large‑scale products.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in UX or product design.
• Proven track record working on complex or corporate‑level products.
• Strong ability to explain and defend design decisions.
• High attention to detail from research to specifications.
• Advanced or fluent English, spoken and written.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days onsite per week).
• Updated portfolio demonstrating process, reasoning and impact.
