Senior UiPath Developer – RPA & AI

About the role

Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Senior UiPath Developer to design, build, and maintain advanced automation solutions that combine robotic process automation (RPA) with artificial intelligence (AI). You will work within a collaborative, hybrid environment, helping clients unlock technology value while promoting sustainability and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into UiPath automation solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy automations using UiPath Studio and follow best‑practice coding standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot processes in UiPath Orchestrator, including monitoring and issue resolution.
• Contribute to Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Implement intelligent document processing with UiPath Document Understanding.
• Integrate generative AI and agentic AI capabilities into automation workflows.
• Perform code reviews, ensure quality, and support testing and production deployments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience developing UiPath RPA solutions.
• Strong background in process analysis, requirement gathering, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience reviewing and creating PDD and SDD documentation.
• Fluency in English.
