Senior Systems Administrator – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

You will join an international infrastructure team that supports the Windows environment for several European banking subsidiaries. As the Level 3 escalation point, you will resolve complex incidents, manage Active Directory, and develop automation tools using PowerShell and Python.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for regional Windows infrastructure and handle complex incidents and service requests.
• Administer Active Directory users, groups, and Organizational Units.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and WSUS environments.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell and Python scripts to automate administrative tasks.
• Analyze network‑related issues, including DNS, DHCP, and security.
• Create reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, covering planning, deliverables, risk management, and documentation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (6+ years) in systems administration and infrastructure support.
• Proven ability to deliver Level 3 support for Windows environments.
• Strong understanding of Windows architecture, networking, DNS, DHCP, and security concepts.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
