Senior System Administrator – Microsoft 365

About the role

PrimeIT is seeking a Senior System Administrator to join its rapidly expanding team in Porto. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Microsoft 365 environment while supporting related collaboration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, ensuring high availability and security.
• Configure and support IntraID, SharePoint sites, and related workflows.
• Develop and run PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with on‑premises to cloud migration projects as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in system administration, specifically with Microsoft 365.
• Fluent Portuguese and at least B2 level English.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Senior‑level expertise (over 6 years of relevant experience).
