About the role
Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join its team in the San Juan Metro area. You will be responsible for expanding the use of our surgical portfolio and delivering innovative solutions to clinical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and expand the base of use for the company’s surgical portfolio across key specialties.
- Promote and influence demand generation with clinical stakeholders, including surgeons and resident programs.
- Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with clinical customers, ensuring access to decision makers.
- Provide technical support and product training to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in MedTech or clinical sales, preferably with surgeons.
- Strong ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with customers.
- Experience developing training programs for resident physicians.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
