Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote EU

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Perfection42’s growing European team. As an outbound SDR you will generate new sales opportunities by proactively prospecting e‑commerce brands and qualifying potential customers, working in a high‑activity, cold‑calling focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to e‑commerce brands via cold calls, email and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a consistent level of daily outbound activity.
• Attend tradeshows to generate leads.
• Identify and qualify decision‑makers in e‑commerce, marketing, growth and operations.
• Understand prospect needs and assess fit with Perfection42’s solution.
• Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity and lead information in the CRM.
• Learn to run structured outbound campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Improve through regular call reviews, feedback and coaching.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Fluent English (C2 level, spoken and written).
• Excellent at outbound approaches such as cold calling.
• Proactive, action‑oriented and able to stay consistent in an outbound role.
• Curious and open to direct feedback.
• Strong communication skills and solid work ethic.
• Ambition to build a long‑term career in SaaS sales.
• Experience with SaaS or e‑commerce is required.
