Senior RPA Consultant – UiPath (Low Code & Automation)

About the role

Devoteam is seeking a Senior RPA Consultant to join its Low Code & Automation Unit in Portugal. You will bridge business needs and technical implementation, designing robust automation solutions with UiPath while working within Agile squads.

Key responsibilities

• Bridge business needs and technical implementation by analyzing, re‑engineering and designing automation solutions with UiPath.
• Act as a core member of Agile squads, translating complex requirements into technical specifications and high‑quality code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise processes and drive digital transformation for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a functional analyst in RPA (UiPath) and 3 years developing automated processes with UiPath.
• Proven ability to draft functional specifications and redesign processes for automation.
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, with a proactive, autonomous work style.
