Senior Publication Agent – Custom Indices

About the role
The role is responsible for publishing custom indices and supporting related workflows. It acts both as a Calculation Agent ensuring robust calculations and as a Publication Agent guaranteeing compliance with rulebook guidelines. The position works closely with Quantitative Investment Strategies structuring teams and front‑office functions.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate root causes of publication issues across multiple platforms and provide solutions or escalations.
- Provide user support for the CInergy application throughout the index lifecycle, ensuring correct configurations.
- Oversee daily workflow systems, manage incidents and collaborate with development teams to improve monitoring.
Required profile
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, REST, JSON, Spring Boot, Excel, Python, financial market data and database management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
