Senior Project Manager – French & English (Lisbon)

About the role

PrimeIT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead non‑IT projects that involve complex integrations for international financial groups. The role is based in Lisbon and requires fluency in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to implement integration solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders in multiple countries and languages.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing integration projects for international financial organisations.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Senior‑level expertise (7+ years in a similar senior role).

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Strong knowledge of integration processes.
• Understanding of financial sector regulations.
