Senior Production Operator

About the role

Greif is seeking a Senior Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. In this position you will run complex production equipment, ensure parts meet strict quality standards, and support the efficient output of packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate complex production machinery according to prints and specifications.
• Produce required quantities of parts while maintaining established tolerances.
• Measure finished parts with precision tools to verify functional, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of units produced.
• Report any errors that lead to rejected or discarded pieces.
• Inspect equipment before use, perform non‑routine adjustments and maintenance as needed.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and orderly.
• Follow all safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant production experience.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team.
• Capability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Thorough understanding of production equipment.
