Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead our Market Intelligence Center of Excellence for the region. The role will strengthen procurement decision‑making by delivering timely market intelligence, category insights, and sourcing recommendations that support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the regional Market Intelligence CoE Head, driving cross‑functional collaboration between procurement and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and market trends that impact sourcing strategies.
• Support strategic procurement and sourcing initiatives across multiple categories.
• Deliver market intelligence, category insights, and actionable recommendations to Category Managers and Sourcing teams.
• Provide analytical and research support to enable informed procurement decisions.

Required profile

• Strong background and hands‑on experience within a Procurement Center of Excellence.
• Solid understanding of category management, sourcing strategy, and market intelligence practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, fast‑paced supply chain environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive reporting.
• Familiarity with procurement/sourcing platforms and category spend analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of data analysis techniques such as trend analysis, benchmarking, and cost/price modeling.
• Exposure to procurement technology systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer) is a plus.
