Senior Procurement Consultant (m/f/d) – Porto

About the role

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to join our consulting team in Porto. You will work closely with clients to redesign procurement organisations, develop operating models and support the implementation of cutting‑edge procurement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client data, develop hypotheses and shape detailed project content.
• Facilitate workshops, identify optimisation opportunities and create implementation plans.
• Prepare and execute tenders, lead supplier negotiations and support contract award processes.
• Guide clients through transformation initiatives, change management and adoption of new operating models.

Required profile

• University degree completed.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement consulting or in a procurement function of a leading international company.
• Strong understanding of category management, cost reduction, negotiations and supplier management.
• Experience with procurement operating models, sustainability, digitalisation or resilience is a plus.
• Fluent English (C1); German is an advantage.
