Senior Power Platform Developer / Architect (Nearshore)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer / Architect with a strong consultant mindset to join our team in the Technology Consulting & Enterprise Solutions division. This is a high‑impact, fully autonomous, client‑facing role. We need a senior engineer who can lead technical workstreams from day one, drive architecture discussions, design scalable low‑code/no‑code ecosystems, and confidently recommend solutions directly to enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Consulting: act as primary technical contact, drive solution design workshops, define governance strategies and recommend best practices.
• Power Apps & Business Applications: design, architect and build complex Canvas and Model‑Driven apps with advanced logic, custom components and responsive layouts.
• Process Automation & Power Automate: architect end‑to‑end cloud and desktop (RPA) flows to automate complex enterprise workflows, ensuring performance, error handling and API integration.
• Dataverse & Enterprise Integration: model secure, scalable relational data structures, design custom connectors and REST API integrations with Azure services, SAP or Microsoft 365.
• Environment Governance & ALM: enforce CoE Starter Kit standards, managed solutions, DLP policies and automated ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Required profile

• Total autonomy to assess business needs and deliver architectural value from day one.
• Proven senior client‑facing experience managing C‑level stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions.
• Track record of end‑to‑end Power Platform implementations in complex, high‑security enterprises.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power BI integration and custom connector development.
• Mastery of DevOps and ALM: Power Platform CLI, solution packager, CI/CD pipelines for multi‑environment deployments.
